Graduated from Moscow State University (1965). Ph.D. in Physics (1968), Dr.Sci. (1980).

Scientific interests:

Quantum electronics, semiconductor optoelectronics. Nonlinear optics and laser spectroscopy (including picosecond spectroscopy) of semiconductors and semiconductor structures with reduced dimensionality.
